This tasteful and modern 3-room penthouse apartment in Scharbeutz with southwest-facing balconies was completed in spring 2017. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 3rd floor of the non-smoking apartment. It offers a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, tea maker, blender, egg stove, hand mixer, etc.).
