Our self-catering accommodation offers a combined living room and bedroom with a custom-made sleeping area (a double bed that can be folded in the cabinet to save space when needed) plus a sofa bed for 2 persons, TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, anteroom, balcony with lake view and underground parking space. The complex also includes a large lawn. Free entry to 10 beaches included.

Golf: Close to our studio there is the KGC Dellach and the golf course Velden- Koestenberg. And there is a driving range on the outskirts of Velden.
Ski: The nearest ski resort is the Gerlitze, reachable in 30 minutes and Bad Kleinkirchheim, reachable in 60 minutes.
The fashionable resort of Velden is located in the western bay of the Woerthersee and is especially famous for its castle and the casino. Many events take place around the lake.
The surroundings are attracting with sporty and cultural activities both in summer and in winter. Trips to Klagenfurt and Villach as well as to Italy and Slovenia ensure variety.
Take the A2 Suedautobahn, exit Velden West – enter the roundabout – take the second exit at the roundabout – Villacher Strasse continue towards the center – at the Karawankenplatz turn right – enter the Seecorso – continue until the Seecorso turns into the Strandpark – turn right into the Karl-Fischer-Weg – pass the two garage entrances on the right – then turn right onto the parking lot of the residential complex.

The cancellation is free of charge 3 months prior to the date of arrival. We shall repay the prepayment (possible bank fees have to be paid by the tenant and will be deducted).
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival date 25% of the rental rate will be charged.
Cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival date 50% of the rental rate will be charged.
Cancellations made after this point in time 75% of the rental rate will be charged.
Beach package with free entry to 10 beaches included.
Child discounts: For each child under 16 years old add € 12,00 per night.
A heating fee must be paid during the colder months (1st October – 30th April):
€ 40,00 for stays up to 7 days
€ 60,00 for stays from 7 to 10 days
€ 80,00 for stays from 10 to 14 days
Pets: We charge € 10,00 per pet per week
