Welcome to this beautiful 1-room apartment in Niendorf, for 2 people with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. This approximately 60 m² apartment on the 1st floor is ideally furnished for enjoying your holiday on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, Blue-Ray player and stereo system.
The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo pad machine and coffee machine. You can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table or on the beautiful balcony terrace with sea views.
You can spend the night relaxing in the double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). A shower room with hairdryer is also included.
You can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room and there is a parking space for your car. WiFi available (not part of the rental agreement).

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

up to 45th day before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The
