Cancellation term
Rents from saturday to saturday.
Payment of 50% at reservation.
100% 1 month before arriving.
Cancellation 3 months or more before arrival : 20% penalty of the rent
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arriving : 50% penalty of the rent.
Cancellation between 1 month before arrival until arriving : 100 % penalty of the rent.
If case of cancellation and re-renting by owner, penalty is reduced to 20%.
Deposit : 400 € + 50 € / dog in cash.
