Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation by the guest up to 75 days before the start of the trip, 30%, up to 45 days 50%, up to 14 days 80% of the travel price will be charged. If the house is rented out to someone else, the amount will be reduced accordingly.

Casa Monte Felice, along with our other two properties Casa Torretta and Casa Spinosa, is situated on a 4-hectare estate at the edge of town. It offers a magnificent view of Lake Bolsena and Tuscany, surrounded by nature, nestled amidst chestnut forests, olive groves, and vineyards.
Each house is in a secluded spot for private use, yet close to the Italian neighborhood.
Excellent shopping facilities are available, even on foot.
The lake with its swimming beaches can be reached in just a few minutes.
Distance to the sea: 45 km
Rome and Siena are both 100 km away,
the hot sulfur springs of Viterbo are just 5 km away.
Also nearby are Orvieto and the picturesque towns of Tuscany.
The area is full of cultural treasures and is the heartland of the Etruscans.
Our guests especially appreciate the authenticity of Italian life, far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism.

Die Vermieter des Hauses haben von der Lage und dem Blick her ein schönes Ferienhaus. Hier ist man für sich und kann die Ruhe bei einem herrlichen Blick über den Bolsena See genießen.
Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über einen teilweise schlecht befestigten Weg , der bei Regen rutschig ist. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft mit voll beladenem PKW so unsere Mühe.
Das Haus war wie in Italien üblich gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt an den Fenstern sowie der großen Eingangstür ein Insektenschutz. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Woche dort.
