The Zwieselalm Apartment occupies the entire top floor with 100 m². The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living/kitchen area. There is a bathroom with shower/toilet, a large bathroom with shower and infrared cabin, and a separate toilet. On the balcony, you can enjoy the morning and evening sun. The large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...) and a large bright dining area invite you to linger comfortably. A lawn for sunbathing, pool, playground, and barbecue area in the garden complete the offerings.

The Moosgut is located in a quiet, sunny spot amidst green meadows with a magnificent view of the impressive mountain panorama. It's the perfect starting point for hiking, biking, and rafting tours. The Dachstein West ski area is only 4km away, with the nearest town offering shopping facilities at 5km. There's a public outdoor swimming pool and summer toboggan run in Abtenau at 8km, and an indoor pool and sauna "Aqua Salza" in Golling about 24km away. For those interested in culture, Salzburg (60km) and the imperial city of Bad Ischl (37km) are suitable destinations.
Take the A10 motorway from Salzburg towards Villach and exit at number 28 Golling, go straight through the roundabout, then follow the Lammertal Bundesstraße B162 towards Abtenau for about 17 km, continue straight on the Pass Gschütt Straße B166 towards Rußbach, after about 7 km on the left side you will see a sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut" (before a small stream and a bus stop), turn left there and follow the road uphill, after a few switchbacks you will come out of the woods onto an open meadow area, follow the road for about 1 km and turn right at the second sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut", you will see the destination straight ahead.

Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the above-defined period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:
- up to 4 weeks before the arrival day 40% of the total arrangement price.
- up to 1 week before the arrival day 70% of the total arrangement price.
- in the week of the arrival day 90% of the total arrangement price.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. In case of early departure or cancellation, we will charge for the booked services, as stated above.
