Wir waren im Rahmen eines Familientreffens mit 16 Personen im Mai für 2 Nächte dort. Insgesamt schönes Haus und Grundstück aus dem man etwas machen könnte. Leider war die Küche mit zu vielen Utensilien vollgestellt.Auf allen Schränken lagen irgendwelche Dinge, leere und volle Getränkeflaschen, Deckel von Sektflaschen und ähnliches.Im Backofen war noch altes Brot das angeschimmelt war,in der Kaffeemaschine war noch eine benutzte Filtertüte und der Kühlschrank war unsauber, so dass wir ihn erstmal reinigen mussten.Außerdem waren im Eisfach alte Eiswürfel wo man nicht wußte wie alt es ist. In der oberen Etage war noch eine 2.Küche.Auf der Abzugshaube stand von irgendwelchen Vormietern etwas in den Staub geschrieben...Wir haben es auch stehen lassen...Insgesamt erschien das Haus ungepflegt und abgewohnt. Der Rasen im Garten wurde offensichtlich kurz vorher grob gemäht,aber er war noch so lang das die Kinder darauf nicht spielen konnten.Die Gartenmöbel waren alt,an den Tischen waren Stellen abgeplatzt, das Plastik war offensichtlich sehr spröde so das auch Schrauben offen lagen.Im gesamten Haus roch es eher unangenehm nach Essig oder Reiniger..., die Dusche im Obergeschoß hinterließ bei jedem Duschen eine große Wasserpfütze.Offensichtlich schloß die Abtrennung nicht mehr richtig. Das Pissoir im Bad war defekt und mit einer Plastiktüte umhüllt die aber die üblen Gerüche daraus nicht abhalten konnte.
In der Garage war diverses Leergut zwischengelagert. Die durchaus vorhandenen Spielzeuge waren in leidlichem Zustand.Der Grill musste zunächst von Gras und alten Kohleresten, die inzwischen durch den Regen fest geworden waren, gesäubert werden. Die Hausordnung war veraltet(z B. WLAN Passwort stimmte nicht,wurde beim Telefonat bemängelt und daraufhin wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass dies schon von anderen Gästen beanstandet wurde aber irgendwann solle es klappen,es war aber das falsche,richtig war das auf der Rückseite des Routers,wurde vom Verwalter gesagt) Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Verwalter wurde sich auf eine kleine Entschädigung geeinigt die aber eigentlich nicht den Zustand des Hauses beim Eintreffen gerecht wurde. Dabei wurde dann noch versucht zu handeln weil es von ihm wohl selber getragen werden musste.Dennoch möchte ich den Kontakt zum Hausverwalter ausdrücklich hervorrheben da er sich zumindest bemüht hat.Dennoch möchte ich an ihn appelieren das Haus in einen mietgerechten Zustand zu bringen da es auch nicht ganz billig ist dort für 2 Nächte zu schlafen.Dafür hätten wir uns doch etwas mehr erhofft,zumindest Sauberkeit.Auch einen neuen Anstrich könnten die Räume,vor allem das Eßzimmer einmal vertragen.Mückengitter wären aufgrund der Lage am Dorfteich schön,floßen aber nicht in unsere Bewertung ein. Wir hoffen das diese Rezension etwas bewirkt und das Haus wieder in einen schönen Zustand gebracht wird.Sonst hat uns die Nähe nach Wismar und an die Ostsee sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern das Haus für ein langes Familienwochenende gebucht. Das Haus hat uns dann leider bei Ankunft richtig geschockt. Alles alt / kaputt, lieblos und vor allem: dreckig. Wir sind echt nicht empfindlich, aber alte Taschentücher, ein Wurstrest in den Zimmern, defekte Klospülung, total siffiger Kühlschrank mit alten Gemüseresten drin, viele Sachen halb zerbrochen. Im Zimmer unterm Dach ist keine Heizung ( nur eine mobile, die das Zimmer nicht warm bekommt), da roch es nach Maus und man hörte (vermutlich nicht direkt im Zimmer, sondern im Zwischenboden) Tierchen trappeln. Es war also unbenutzbar, sodass 2 Personen schließlich im Flur geschlafen haben.

Super schade, so konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht genießen. Und dabei würde das Haus eigentlich so viel hergeben, die Aufteilung und der Charme eines alten Bauernhauses mit großem Garten könnte mit Sauberkeit und ein bisschen liebevoller Einrichtung so schön sein.

Das Bauernhaus hat unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Für Familien oder Freunde-treffen genau richtig, sehr großer Garten in dem sich Kinder austoben können und selbst Erwachsene ein ruhiges Fleckchen zum chillen finden. Einziges Manko war, das keine Rollos oder Gardinen zum verdunkeln an den Fenstern waren, wir mussten mit Handtüchern oder Decken die Fenster zum schlafen verdunkeln.
Es wäre toll wenn der Vermieter dies beheben würde.
