Located away from busy main roads on the bay of Lake Prokljan. It's situated in a somewhat set-back location on the slope of a valley with views of the valley and the lake. It's around 400 metres to the lake. A public, shingle-covered beach has been created in the town. A small bar by the water. The water is clean and clear. Detailed instructions on how to get to various other seaside beaches are included in the house information folder. The information folder also includes a range of attractions, restaurants and shops.
You'll receive information on how to get here when you pay the remainder of the rental fee approx. 30 days before you arrive at the property. You can also find additional tips and links for your stay in the house information folder in the accommodation.

Croatia has always been a favourite holiday destination for us. So we thought - why not look for a holiday home there? The area around Sibenik seemed to us to be a particularly attractive location from both a geographical and a climactic point of view. From here it's about the same distance to travel over both land and water to the northern and southern regions of the country - perfect if you want to discover this magnificent nation during your holidays. Both of the airports of Split and Zadar are about the same distance away from the holiday house. In addition, Sibenik can be easily accessed on the motorway that travels to the southern and northern reaches of the country. It's also very quick and easy to get to the Kornati islands and various other southern and northern island regions from the holiday accommodation. Sibenik itself is a beautiful old town that's well worth visiting thanks to its extremely attractive old town, its magnificent weekly market/fish market, its supermarkets where you can buy abs...
