In case of withdrawal, the following should be noted:
- No fees for cancellations before 181 days only bank charges.
- Penalty of 40% in case of cancellation between 180 days and 31 days before departure
- 100% in case of cancellation between the 30th day before arrival until the day of arrival
If, for whatever reason, the landlord is unable to rent the confirmed building, we will inform the guests immediately and, if possible, offer different buildings or the like. If it is not possible or the client disagrees, the landlord will refund the deposit plus 30% penalty.
