Impeccably maintained, cozy atmosphere, with attention to detail, everything is very nice and there is even a charging station for electric vehicles available for guests, ideal!
The fantastic pool (12 x 6 meters) in a panoramic location with a seating area, situated on a hill (stairs), which guarantees quiet and relaxing hours, is especially worth mentioning. In addition, there is a beautiful covered seating area, with a charcoal oven, barbecue, and well-equipped garden kitchen, where you can spend unforgettable hours!

On the ground floor, on the opposite side of the house, the charming and friendly owner couple, who are single, live during the summer months; they have their own separate entrance and outdoor area, thus the entire garden area as well as the pool facility are exclusively available for guests' private use.

Horse riding and tennis: about 10 minutes by car.
Location: beautifully central in Tuscany (between Pisa and Volterra), and in about 30-45 minutes you can reach the sea, Pisa, Lucca, or San Gimignano / Volterra. Our corner is still quite "untouristic," making it authentic and idyllic at the same time, with a generally very good price-performance ratio! Relaxation, culture, sea... everything is possible.
