The Schober apartment is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom including a TV and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available. From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Tennengebirge mountains. The spacious living kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...) and a bright dining area with flat-screen TV and (sleeping) sofa invites you to linger comfortably. A lawn for sunbathing, pool, playground, and barbecue area in the garden complete the offering.

Moosgut is situated in a quiet, sunny location amidst green meadows with a magnificent view of the impressive mountain panorama. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and rafting tours. The Dachstein West ski area is only 4 km away, with the nearest town offering shopping facilities 5 km away. There is a public outdoor swimming pool and a summer toboggan run in Abtenau 8 km away, and an indoor pool and sauna "Aqua Salza" in Golling about 24 km away. For culture enthusiasts, Salzburg (60 km) and the imperial city of Bad Ischl (37 km) are suitable destinations.
Take the A10 motorway from Salzburg towards Villach and exit at number 28 Golling, go straight through the roundabout, then follow the Lammertal federal road B162 towards Abtenau for about 17 km, continue straight on the Pass Gschütt road B166 towards Rußbach, after about 7 km on the left side there is a sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut" (before a small stream and a bus stop), turn left there and follow the road uphill, after a few switchbacks you will come out of the forest onto an open meadow area, follow the road for about 1 km and turn right at the second sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut", you will see the destination straight ahead.

Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the above-defined period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 4 weeks before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price.
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price.
- in the week of the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. In the event of early departure or cancellation, we will charge for the booked services as stated above.
