The apartment is ideally located in the center of the village and yet very quiet from the hustle and bustle directly on the coast. The next big supermarket, as well as the beach or the city center are only 5 minutes by car.

In the event of withdrawal by the lessee, the following percentages, calculated from the total net rental price, shall be due in the following scale
Cancellation 45 days before departure 20%.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before departure 30%.
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before departure 60%.
Cancellation 21 days prior to departure until departure 90%
If the owner proves a subsequent tenant for the agreed travel period who is willing to enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the tenant's obligation to reimburse the rent shall lapse accordingly. The owner will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. In this case the tenant's reimbursement obligation is reduced accordingly.
