The holiday home is centrally located in the village of Sildemow behind the village pond. The exposed location, in front of the house, and behind the house, a unspoilt, wild forested area offers both nature lovers and those seeking relaxation an oasis of peace.
Sildemow is a low-traffic zone, so there is no through traffic. The "Unteres Warnowtal" recreation area directly borders the village. There are marked cycling and hiking routes and canoe tours on the Warnow River are a popular summertime treat.
The area is also the perfect place for a fishing holiday. Sildemow is also a good, centrally located base for day trips.
The excellent connection to the A19 and A20 motorways makes it quick and easy to get to the Baltic Sea, Fischland-Darß-Zingst and Mecklenburg Switzerland. Warnemünde with its many cruise ship landings offers other interesting activity options.
World-class holiday in a rural setting, 15 minutes by bike from the university town. The village has its own bathing lake.
You can reach Rostock and Warnemünde from Sildemow by public transport. The city of Rostock is only a 15-minute bike ride away.
