Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a replacement tenant, the following pro rata rents must be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that the property cannot be rented out to someone else.
If you cancel up to 21 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price will be charged. If you cancel 20 days or more before the start of the rental period, 95% of the rental price will be charged. If you cancel after the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.

Holiday destination
The Sauerland is home to many lakes and reservoirs, beautiful hiking trails, caves and bison pastures. A large golf course is within walking distance. Excellent restaurants with home-style cooking and/or exquisite cuisine leave nothing to be desired. At the Centerpark in Medebach, you can enjoy yourself even on a rainy day. You will also find another water park nearby.
Getting there
Winkhausen is located on the B 236 between Schmallenberg ( 5 km ) and Winterberg (15 km ).
Coming from Schmallenberg, turn left immediately after the entrance sign "Schmallenberg Winkhausen" towards the golf course onto the street "Über dem Ohle" and then after a few metres turn right onto "Am Weidehang" and right again onto "Auf dem Kamp".

Tolle Unterkunft alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir sind zu zweit mit unserem Hund angereist. Das FH war sauber, ist soweit gut eingerichtet und empfehlenswert. Mit der vorhandenen Nachtspeicherheizung hatten wir zu Beginn unsere Probleme. Die Beschreibung für das Gerät im WZ sollte aktualisiert werden. Während der Ladezeiten zwischen 22:30 und 6:00 Uhr brummt es aus dem Sicherungskasten, das sollte man einmal überprüfen. Der Kühlschrank war für uns leider etwas zu klein. An Besteck hatten wir 6 Messer, 6 Gabeln usw., die spätestens nach 1,5 Tagen aufgebraucht waren. Der Eckschrank im großen SZ, gefüllt u.a. mit Geschirr, sollte entfernt werden, um an die Stelle das 2. Nachtschränkchen stellen zu können, welches am aktuellen Standort kaum Nutzen hat. Über einen geschnittenen Rasen hätten wir uns gefreut. Die Tür zum Schuppen sollte repariert werden.
