Surrounded by the Karwendel mountains and the Zillertal Alps.
The magnificent nature invites you to hike and cycle in the summer. Both are possible right outside the house.
Whether you prefer challenging mountain tours or easy valley bike rides, everything is possible here.
Even on foot, you have the choice, a leisurely walk in the forest, a high-mountain hike, or simply strolling along the Ziller promenade.
The nearest ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes.

Getting there

Coming from Kufstein on the A 12 towards Innsbruck - take the Zillertal exit
about 100 m to the right before the Zillertal Tunnel - towards WÃ¶rgl-Strass.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einmaligem Ausblick,

Auch wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Benötigtem eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Wir sind als eine vierköpfige Familie verreist. Die Eckbank in der Wohnstube hat Platz für gut 7-8 Personen und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten sind gemütlich. Gefallen haben uns auch die Waschbecken auf den Schlafstuben. Somit kommt man sich morgens und abends nicht ins Gehege. Die Küche ist mit allem Benötigtem eingerichtet. Es gibt zwar keine Spülmaschine, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Der Balkon ist gut Überdacht und man kann dort auch während einem Regenguss sitzen bei einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir werden wieder Buchen. Vielen Dank an Fam. Schmalzl und liebe Grüße aus dem Münsterland

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlte!
Fantastische Aussicht von den Balkon auf die Berge! Die Wohnung hatte alles Notwendige für einen Familienurlaub! Preis war auch sehr gerecht für 7 Personen. Hat uns sehr gefallen kann man nur Weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal bei Familie Schmalzl und es war wieder herrlich. Wie immer ist der traumhafte Blick vom Balkon hervorzuheben. Die Unterkunft ist landestypisch rustikal eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend - uns hat jedenfalls nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist nicht nur wegen der Aussicht top; viele Ausflugsziele sind von hier super zu erreichen, das Zillertal, der Achensee, diverse Klamms, Innsbruck uvm.. Familie Schmalzl sind tolle Gastgeber und wir fühlen uns immer sofort heimisch. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
