Quiet location in the centre of Garmisch (near the pedestrian zone)
Fantastic view of the Zugspitze massif.

Getting there

Arriving from Munich (via A95/B2): turn towards Garmisch district (B23) after the tunnel. Continue on this street until you come to the centre of Garmisch (Marienplatz). The Hotel Post and Pizza Hut restaurant are on the right. After another 100 m, turn left into the public parking lot. You will find our house immediately after the parking lot on the right.

Coming from Austria: turn into the parking lot approx. 100m before Marienplatz.

Sommerurlaub Garmisch

Frau Esch ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen 5 Minuten zur Fußgängerzohne und ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Schön ist der Balkon mit herlicher Sicht auf die Berge. Vor dem Haus gibt es aureichend Parkplätze. Einen Raum für die Fahrräder gibt es auch was sehr praktisch ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Vermieterin, sehr schöne, sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit Balkon und Bergblick. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die abendlichen Ausflüge kann man zu Fuß erledigen.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Frau Esch ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und war täglich vor Ort anzutreffen, wenn wir mal Fragen oder Wünsche hatten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, zum Bäcker/Einkaufen/Restaurants/Fußgängerzone sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Seitenstraße ist aber ruhig und beschaulich. Man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor derTür, was in Garmisch schon sehr komfortabel ist.
Ein kleines Manko sind die Dachschrägen (in Küche und Bad). Mein Mann ist über 1.90 m und für ihn war es in den beiden Räumen etwas beengt. Dennoch bleibt es bei einem sehr, sehr guten Gesamteindruck!
