Cancellation policy
You do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made by the guest within the period between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show by the guest, or in case of late arrival or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Cancellations must be made immediately by telephone and in writing, stating the reason. Should we succeed in re-renting the apartment, the cancellation fees will be waived.

Getting there
Car:
Brenner-Bolzano A22, exit Bolzano-Sud expressway to Merano, exit Lana-Burgstall, Lana center and then towards Gampen Pass, after about 4 km turn right to the health resort Völlan
Via the Reschen Pass:
Through the Vinschgau Valley (direction Bolzano) to Lana (about 110 km)
Airplane: Bolzano Airport
Train:
Bolzano main station, change to the Bolzano-Merano train line
Get off at Lana/Burgstall, from there take the Lana-Völlan bus line

Wir sind als Familie angereist und hatten das sofort ein Wohlfühlfaktor. Als ob man zu alten Bekannten fährt die man länger nicht gesehen hat, wir hatten zuerst die etwas kleinere Wohnung was kein Problem darstellte da wir bestens versorgt wurden.
Die größere Wohnung hat angenehm Platz zu bieten, und kochen für eine Familie ist auch möglich.
Zum Bad, ich kann die vorherige Bewertung nicht verstehen, selbst mit 1,80m lässt es sich normal Bewegen und Duschen.
Zudem hat man auf der Dachterasse einfach einen traumhaften Ausblick in die Ferne.
Kurz und knapp willst du dich in einer fremden Umgebung wohlfühlen und entspannen, führt kein Weg an Familie Gassebener vorbei.
Aufjedenfall eine Empfehlung von uns.

Beautiful location!!! Wunderbar!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemuetlich, nett, sauber und die Aussicht ist perfect!!! Great price!!! Die Wohnung war gross genug fuer unsere Familie.
