Our holiday home, Schlosshof-Bergblick, is located in the small village of Völlan, above Lana (650m above sea level). The village is nestled in orchards, forests, and chestnut groves. The house is situated in a sunny, central location, just a 5-minute walk from the village center. It is a paradise for hikers, who can start their journey directly from Schlosshof on foot.
We offer you a beautiful holiday apartment, Schlosshof-Bergblick (75 sqm), suitable for 4-5 people. It features two separate bedrooms with double beds and bed linen, a living-dining area with a comfortable couch, a kitchenette with a dining area, a roof terrace with panoramic mountain views, shower/WC, TV, and free Wi-Fi.
A lawn with a barbecue invites you to relax and socialize. Your children can enjoy themselves on our playground.
Just a stone's throw away from our house, you'll find the bus stop, grocery store, butcher, bank, restaurant, pizzeria-ice cream parlor, and numerous hiking opportunities. Enjoy shopping in Lana, Meran, and Bolzano!

From the house, you can embark on diverse cycling tours into the surrounding mountains, to alpine pastures in valleys or by lakes.

Brenner-Bolzano A22, exit Bolzano-Sud expressway to Merano, exit Lana-Burgstall, Lana center and then towards Gampen Pass, after about 4 km turn right to the health resort Völlan
Via the Reschen Pass:
Through the Vinschgau Valley (direction Bolzano) to Lana (about 110 km)
Airplane: Bolzano Airport
Train:
Bolzano main station, change to the Bolzano-Merano train line
Get off at Lana/Burgstall, from there take the Lana-Völlan bus line

You do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made by the guest within the period between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show by the guest, or in case of late arrival or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Cancellations must be made immediately by telephone and in writing, stating the reason. Should we succeed in re-renting the apartment, the cancellation fees will be waived.
