In case you want to cancel your reservation, please send us an email with an explanation for the cancellation.
If you cancel within 35 days before the beginning date of the service, the advance reservation fee will be returned if the time slot is filled. If the time slot is not filled, the advance fee will not be returned.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before the beginning date of the service, the advance reservation fee will not be returned. You will be given back 70% of the remaining total rent price.
If you cancel within 7 days before the beginning date of the service, no money will be returned.
If your arrival is delayed, please inform the hosts by phone and say when you will approximately be arriving so the hosts can meet you. If you do not inform us and do not arrive by midnight on the beginning date of the service, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no money will be returned.
