In the bedroom there is a cosy double bed and two sofa beds are located in the living room / gallery. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, toaster, gas stove etc. For your comfort you can find a bathroom with shower, a balcony and a covered terrace with beautiful view to the Lake Garda and the mountains. Furthermore there is a TV and an internet connection.
The holiday apartment has a private parking place in a closed yard. A communal pool is situated on the property of the neighbor and reachable via a private way. From the terrace of the pool you can enjoy a direct lake view.

Great hiking trail directly in front of the apartment complex to Campione, to the beach!
The location of the accommodation is very quiet. There is no street with loud traffic nearby.
There is a beautiful landscape with 17 little villages on hills above the lake.
Only 15 minutes to Limone and an ideal starting point for long hikes and biking tours, tennis, water sport, horseback riding, golfing and paragliding.
There is a washing machine in the neighboring place.
Highway A22, exit Rovereto Sud or Trento nord.

In Riva direction to Limone sul Garda-Brescia (10 km)
In Limone on the main road, after the first gas station to the right in the direction of Tremosine until the village Pieve.
In Pieve in the direction to Pregasio, in the village turn left after the little church until you reach the Residence.
