Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
The guest is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement by means of a written declaration before the arrival date. In this case, the landlord is entitled to charge the following flat rates for the cancellation. The receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of all deadlines and costs:
- up to 61 days before arrival, 40 percent of the total price;
- from the 60th to the 22nd day before arrival, 70 percent of the total price;
- from the 21st day before arrival, 90 percent of the total price;
- from the 5th day before arrival and for no-shows without prior cancellation, 100 percent of the total price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation, luggage, liability, and accident insurance.
Guests are liable for damage caused to buildings, facilities, and inventory.
The aforementioned conditions and prices are accepted with a deposit.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir die Räder ebenerdig ins Haus schieben konnten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top, alles vorhanden. Auch das Auto hatte einen guten Parkplatz. Der Blick vom Balkon war ebenfalls sehr schön. Konnten viele Tiere beobachten. Immer wieder gerne.
