Within 24 hours you will receive an invoice for the pre-payment (30%) and the final payment (70%) The pre-payment should be paid within 5 working days. Free of charge payment is possible until the pre-payment is received. The Final payment should be paid before 6 weeks of planned arrival. In case of cancellation you will loose the payments, already made. This is only true for the rent itself. You will never loose the cleaning fee, deposit. We highly recommend an insurance for cancellation in case of sickness ... This is your responsibility. Getting there
The directions are simple: From Munich, follow directions to Salzburg, First follow Villach and then Italy (Udine). Take the last exit ' Arnoldstein' from the motorway. In Arnoldstein take the right turn to Seltschach / Bergbahnen DreiLanderEck (about 3 km). In Seltschach turn left to the parking of the Bergbahnen DreiLanderEck. Just before the parking turn left into the privat road to the last property (50 m). It is possible that your car navigation does not yet support the streetnumbers 180 and 181. Follow instead number 114. This will lead you to the parking.

Wir haben beide Häuser gemietet, da wir unseren Familienurlaub mit 5 Ehepaare mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort verbracht haben. Beide Wohnugen sind super ausgestatten, mit allem was man braucht. Das Wohn/Esszimmerzimmer ist sehr geräumig und die zwei Zimmer und Badezimmer im ersten Stock sind sehr schön. Das dritte Zimmer ist allerdings offen, was wir nicht ganz so ideal fanden. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön und groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, da man direkt vom Haus aus per Gondel oder zu Fuß auf den Berg kann. Auch viele andere Aktivitäten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
