There are 7 bedrooms, of which 6 are bedrooms in the air-conditioned main house and another is on the ground floor with a separate entrance (ideal for teenagers). The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace with table and chairs. There is an extra room with large American fridge, washer and dryer. The high quality and tastefully decorated living area is bright and open and opens directly to another terrace with fabulous sea views.
At the garden level I find the bedroom 7 with an extra large double bed and private bathroom with toilet and shower. The independent bedroom is perfect for babysitting or teenagers.
On the ground floor is the separate, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, induction hob, coffee maker, oven and access to the breakfast terrace. From the hallway and dining area, a step leads down to the high ceilinged living room, large sofas around the open fireplace, arched windows and sliding doors to the patio and garden. Large wooden doors open onto open hall and dining area with round table and chairs.
Three more bedrooms are available. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and French windows to the garden. The bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and also French windows to the garden. Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and a private bathroom with toilet and shower, decorated with red mosaics and round walls in Jacques Couelle style. Here, too, you can look into the garden through French windows.
The bathroom 2 has a shower and toilet and is located at bedrooms 2 and 3.
On the first 1st floor there are three more bedrooms. The bedroom 1 has an extra large double bed, with ensuite bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, walk-in closet. Here you have access to the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea through a French window. The bedroom 5 has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower. The bedroom 6 has a large, queen size bed.
