The living areas are spread over 3 floors.
The basement offers 3 bedrooms with access to the garden and private bathrooms.
On the ground floor is the large, open plan living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the fourth bedroom - the master bedroom. This gives direct access to the terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, steamer, coffee maker, dishwasher and has easy access to the pool and outdoor deck with dining area.
On the first floor there is everything the leisure heart desires: A desk , a TV room with game table and exercise equipment (treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike). There is also a large room with a double bed, suitable for teenagers and older children who want to share the bathroom with their parents on the ground or lower floor.
The large pool is centrally located and measures 15 x 5 m. The pool is surrounded by comfortable seating and sun loungers, here you can sunbathe and relax. Attached is a large dining area that seats 8 people. Other outdoor facilities include a heated whirlpool, a BBQ and a large flat-screen TV!
The property is not suitable for families with small children and some road noise is expected.
