Situated in Regione Ca' Nova, this holiday home offers a shared sauna, bubble bath, and swimming pool to enjoy. It is an ideal starting point for excursions on the itineraries dedicated to bikers and hikers in the Finalesi Prealps.

The place is ideal to enjoy the hills of the Italian Riviera of Flowers. The coast is one of the most gorgeous. Bagni Ondina beach is among one of the most stunning beaches amongst Finale Ligure Marina. Restaurants at 300 m for a taste of local cuisine, your daily shopping needs can be met from the supermarket at 4 km. The house is the ideal starting point for experiencing all this, immersed in the numerous routes available for walking and/or biking.

There is a fitness room to exercise, and the bathroom has a massage shower to enjoy. A Turkish steam bath is provided for relaxation. Relax on the terrace for a while. Parking is available. Private Garden, patio with solarium and sofas for aperitifs and conversations. The apartment is a single and independent unit with a garden and solarium. Swimming pool and wellness facilities are available on reservations due to Covid.

Das Borgo dei Gabbiani ist wirklich abgelegen. Etwa 10 km bergauf/bergab vom ersten anständigen Supermarkt (PAM). Das in der Beschreibung „empfohlene“ Auto ist unserer Meinung nach „notwendig“. Auf jeden Fall, um Ihre Einkäufe erledigen zu können. Vor allem, weil (in der Vorsaison?) die nächste Pizzeria nur 4 Tage geöffnet hat. In der Beschreibung steht, dass das Canova-Zentrum 650m entfernt ist... wir haben kein Canova gesehen (bis auf das Schild).
Auch der Transport ist wichtig, um die Wanderwege zu erreichen. Vom Standort haben wir keine gefunden. Auch nicht über die Wander-App Komoot.
Mit dem Auto ist die Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Besuche authentischer Dörfer und Zentren vor Ort. Berücksichtigen Sie Siestas von 13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr (ziemlich lange). Gut für schöne Fotos.
Das Haus ist insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter nicht groß und wir hatten einige Schwierigkeiten mit den vorhandenen Stauräumen für Kleidung und Koffer. Insgesamt gibt es 2 große Kleiderschränke mit 5 Türen. 3 davon sind für den privaten Gebrauch gesperrt.
WLAN ist kostenlos, aber begrenzt! Maximal 10 GB pro Woche. Da der verfügbare Fernseher nur über 3 italienische Kanäle verfügt (manchmal funktionieren nur 2), können wir uns vorstellen, dass 10 GB verwendet werden.
Die Duschkabine ist nicht groß. (1x1m) Es ist unserer Meinung nach nicht zweckmäßig, dort auch eine Massagedusche zu installieren. Man kann sich nicht „den Arsch verdrehen“
Der technische Zustand des Hauses erschien uns für den Empfang von Touristen nicht geeignet. Es gab einige Mängel (schon bei der Lieferung), aber während unseres Aufenthaltes stießen wir immer wieder auf kaputte Dinge. Auch die Reinigung war nicht so toll.
Wenn wir dies gemeldet haben, wurde es (meist) schnell behoben. Aber das schien nicht der Zweck unseres Aufenthalts dort zu sein.
