über den Dingen - sunny spot in the treetops 74 m2, attic with south-facing balcony and two velux windows.
über den Dingen - up here you have an impressive view of the village and the lovely old trees, like a bird, at the same height in the treetops. Whether on the balcony, in the seating nook, at the dining table or cosy in bed - intensive light moods at the various times of day and year create a special atmosphere that draws you away from the everyday. Whether the gardeners wake their gardens to a new season, or prepare them for their winter sleep, whether the walkers pass on the Louis-Nathan-Allee or the residents of the opposite Waldmüllerstrasse are going about their daily lives, you can either watch the goings-on in the village or close the curtains. You can enter the role of the secret observer, feel in the midst of it all and at the same time be distanced and always have an eye on what's going on.
The spacious kitchen with good appliances offers the option for cooking for friends and family, and a cheery sleeping niche has a spot for an additional bed. When will you feather your nest here under the roof?
Culture and nature: Holiday in the midst of parks, castles and lakes, and the amenities of the city are so nearby. The Parkchâlet Potsdam was built in 2015 on the foundations of a former Swiss house. Lit from above, glazed gable or large panoramic doors bring the landscape, light and twitter of birds inside.
