The penthouse features; terrace with sea views, a bedroom with a king-size bed of 200 x 220 cm, over the bedroom is a loft with 2 twin beds (Futon beds).
The view protected roof terrace has a size of 30m² and a fantastic view of the sea.

The Makarska Riviera is centrally located and offers to all those who did not want to spend only a beach holiday, numerous facilities, various excursions and sights to visit.
The city of Dubrovnik (World Cultural Heritage) can be very well with the public bus or by car in 2 - 3 hours.
The distance to the beach is 700 meters away. The town center is 600 meters away. The food market, shops and vegetable stand approximately 600 m. Good restaurants are located directly on the beach. The distance is approximately 700 m or 10 - 15 minutes on foot. For families with small children, we also have a parking space reserved right on the beach.
Der Ort Zaostrog ist recht einfach mit dem Flugzeug und Auto zu erreichen. Er befindet sich genau zwischen Split und Dubrovnik. Der Flughafen Split ist nur 90 km entfernt. Direkt am Flughafen können Sie auch ein Auto mieten und erreichen in ca. 2 – 3 Stunden das Ferienhaus. Die Anreise per Auto ab München dauert ca. 8 – 10 Stunden.
