The modern 2-room comfort apartment in Scharbeutz for 2-4 people, on the ground floor, is in a fantastic location right on the beach. A south-facing terrace with garden furniture and beach chair invite you to relax.
The living-sleeping area has a cozy sofa bed (180 x 200), cable TV, DVD and stereo system, and free Wi-Fi access from Feb 2018. The kitchenette is fully equipped. (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), dining area for 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a second flat-screen LED TV. The shower room has a hairdryer, towel dryer, underfloor heating and a large floor-level shower.
There are electric shutters on all windows. A private parking space is available at the house, coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. Elevator. Bicycle cellar.

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
