The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, with the two larger ones facing the sea, so that you can also enjoy this dream view straight from your bed.
Apart from the four bedrooms and the roof terrace, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large dining/living room, a cosy veranda room and two bathrooms - one with bathtub, and one with shower!
Every room as well as the bathrooms are characterized by distinctive features and special design.
Since we have completely renovated the house only three years ago, we stay there ourselves at least three times a year, and we have a cherished neighbor who takes care of all house matters, so it is always in top condition.
Easily accessible: two nearby international airports (Reggio and Lamezia Terme).
Everything on site - vacation also possible without a car. It is all within walking distance in a maximum of 5 minutes: bar, bakery, railway station, ice-cream parlour, bus stop, village square with traditional village life etc.
The very spacious house really has room for 8 people. So that you can also spend your holidays together with friends.

Spring and autumn are also ideal travel seasons, especially as every room can be heated during the cooler or even cold nights. Heating with a clear conscience: thanks to our photovoltaic system on the roof it is CO2-neutral.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Santa Domenica - in the immediate vicinity of Tropea (Unesco-awarded!) and yet with the absolute tranquility and flair of authentic village life.
It is in a breathtaking location directly above the sea, well proportioned, with a large, fenced plot. With a view over the sea, the Liparu islands and especially Stromboli, one of the few continuously active volcanoes in the world, it is stunning.
Pick-up and delivery service to and from the airport can be arranged.
If you arrive with your own car, or rent one at the airport: the journey takes a good hour.

Should the tenant unexpectedly not be able to take the holiday, he can name a substitute tenant to the landlord; this must be approved by the landlord Otherwise the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation > 60 days before arrival = free of charge.
Cancellation = < 60 days and > 30 days before arrival = 50% of the down payment already made.
In case of cancellation =< 30 days before arrival = 100% of the deposit.
There is a tourist tax of €0,50 per person > 14 years/night!
