The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the important kitchen utensils needed for a holiday.
In the living area, there is a cozy couch with a table and a television with SAT/TV for receiving German TV programs.
Additionally, an air conditioning unit has been installed, which can be used for both heating and cooling.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses), each measuring 80 x 1.90 m.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and also includes a washing machine. A hairdryer is also available.
A rental car is required, and it can be parked directly in front of the house.
Directly in front of the entrance area, there is a private terrace (approximately 40 sqm in size) with a view of the mountains and suitable garden furniture, surrounded by plants and trees. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind. A mobile grill is available upon request. Additionally, there is a small seating area on the terrace by the pool area, from which you can observe the spectacular sunsets.

Some restaurants can be reached within approximately 2-5 minutes by car. Large supermarkets such as Mercona and Lidl are about 5 minutes away. The beautiful sandy beach at Hotel Bahia del Duque can be reached in 10 minutes. The holiday home is situated between two golf courses: Golf Costa-Adeje is 5 minutes away, and Golf-Abama is 10 minutes away.

The holiday home "Casa Aloe" with a size of about 40 sqm is the guest house of the owners who live in the villa next door. The decor is bright and friendly, ideal for 2 people. It is located on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife in Los Menores (Adeje) and is situated at an altitude of about 330 meters. From the large sun terrace with pool, you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal towns such as Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, as well as the neighboring island of La Gomera and the surrounding mountains.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
