Nice historical (1884) building in the center of Merano. 400m to the historical arcades and to the thermal baths. A bike rental place is located close to the train station (5min). Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping facilities are all within comfortable walking distance. The closest Ski resort (Merano 2000) is only 4 km away and can be reached also by public bus stopping right in front of the house. Good starting point for many excursions in the mountains.
