Description

This luxurious villa in Julianadorp, has 4 bedrooms and houses 8 people. It is located only 100 metres from the beach and features a large private swimming pool with a sauna for the most relaxing stay. If you prefer an active vacation, you can find water sports within a 400 m radius.

The home borders a beautiful national park and is great for long walks. Julianadorp will fulfil most of your shopping and restaurant needs, and you can head to Den Helder 8 km away to visit a museum or a former dockyard called Willemsoord. You can take a day trip to Schagen 18 km away and see its West Frisian market. Alkmaar, the cheese city, is 35 km away.

The home has sun loungers and can provide a high chair on request. You can bring up to two pets for €40 per pet.

Das Haus wurde sehr gut renoviert, man findet darin alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Der Strand ist über die angrenzenden Dünen schnell erreicht.
Der Pool im Nebengebäude hat eine angenehme Temperatur, auch eine Sauna ist vorhanden.
Das Poolhaus ist beheizt, man fröstelt nicht wenn man unter der Dusche steht oder aus dem Wasser kommt.
Die Liegestühle sind sehr robust, kippen nicht um und man liegt sehr gut darauf.
Die Terrassenstühle, Tische und die Liegen sind aus gutem Material, sie sind nach einer Regenschauer schnell wieder trocken. Sogar bei starkem Wind fallen sie nicht um.
Unser Hund hat den Garten, den Rasen rund ums Haus sehr genossen, es gibt eine kleine Abkürzung vom Garten zum Weg in die Dünen. Sehr praktisch denn so muss man nicht auf die Strasse um Gassi zu gehen.
Unser Hund bleibt immer in der Nähe und läuft nicht weg, wer aber einen Hund hat der gerne mal auf Entdeckung geht sollte eine lange Leine mitnehmen denn der Garten ist nicht ausbruchsicher.
Die Strasse verläuft direkt vorm Haus, in der Mitte eine kleine grüne Insel, der Bürgersteig ist auf der anderen Seite am Campingplatz entlang.
Grosser Parkplatz neben dem Haus.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, gerne wieder !

Wundervolles, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die tollsten Besonderheiten sind natürlich der private Pool (separates Gebäude mit einem Schloss, sodass keine Gefahr für umherstreifende Kinder besteht), die große Sauna (mit kostenlosen Düften, die sich schnell aufheizt) und die dortige Dusche. Die Wände des Poolhauses lassen sich im Sommer ganz nach oben öffnen. Juhuu! Das Haus ist nur 5 Minuten (10 mit Kindern) zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt (über einen Weg im Garten, um die stark befahrene Straße zu vermeiden). An diesem Strandeingang gibt es auch einen schönen Pavillon mit einer guten Speisekarte (Paal 6). Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas kleiner, als es auf den Bildern aussieht, daher war es mit 8 Personen zeitweise etwas eng. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss bieten keinen Platz für ein Babybett, aber die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind sehr geräumig (und haben eine tolle Aussicht). Ausreichend Parkplätze, gute Betten, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Für Fragen und Empfehlungen können Sie einfach zu den freundlichen Rezeptionisten des Campingplatzes gehen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
