Scenic hiking and cycling trails with breathtaking viewpoints run along the property, and just around the corner, hearty restaurants and traditional wine taverns invite you to stop by for wine and snacks. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find attractions such as Seggau Castle, the pilgrimage church, and the temple museum on Frauenberg, the wine educational trail, the municipal outdoor pool, Sumsee, and the Sulmauen with the old river bath Steinerne Wehr. After 2 km, you reach the city center of Leibnitz with many shopping opportunities and coffee houses around the main square.
Graz-Thalerhof Airport is 25 km away. There is a train connection to Leibnitz station, and from there it's another 3 km to the holiday farm.
If you are arriving by car via the A9 - exit Leibnitz - go straight for 4.5 km over 3 roundabouts, continue on Sulmtalstraße until you reach Sulmsee - turn left - 450 m over the Sulm bridge onto Seggauberg - take the second street on the right - 30 m to the driveway - turn right - you have arrived at Karin's Holiday Apartments on Seggauberg.

The cancellation policy according to the AGBH 2006 for the hotel industry applies, which are:
no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the rental,
40% for cancellation 3 to 1 month before the start of the rental,
70% for cancellation 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental,
90% in the last week before the start of the rental,
100% for no-show, always based on the booking amount.
Should we be able to rent the holiday home in the reserved period after a cancellation,
no fees will be charged for these nights.
To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
