The holiday home "Casa Simone" is situated in an excellent location with a guaranteed superb lake view and views of the Monte Baldo Massif. The house is surrounded by olive groves and abundant nature. Casa Simone enjoys a very sunny and bright position.
The holiday home consists of four different apartments, a large communal outdoor area with olive trees. However, privacy is not lacking, as each apartment has its private terraces and outdoor spaces. The property is very well-maintained and regularly serviced.
Apartment Stella:
is located on the first floor, right next to Luna. Stella comprises a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with fireplace, sofa bed, integrated kitchen with dining area, 35 m² terrace. Direct access to the garden. Stella can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment does not have a private pool, but you have free access to the public swimming pool in Prabione.

The holiday home is located in the district of Oldesio in Tignale. Just a few minutes' walk (about 1 kilometer but steep) or a few minutes' drive (about 2 kilometers) away, you'll find the town center of Gardola, which offers everything you need for daily life such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, newsstands and tobacconists, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, post office, bank, gas station, doctor and pharmacy! Additionally, there's a weekly market and, during the season, various interesting events such as a medieval market, music events, guided hikes, art exhibitions, and much more!
