You have arrived at a new, lovingly furnished holiday apartment with 2 sun terraces, 2 bedrooms, a tastefully furnished living room with adjoining kitchen, completely fitted out with utility room for the washing machine and all useful things where nothing will be lacking.
The terraces offer new seating furniture for 4 persons with 2 recliners and will impress you with a clear view of the sea and Mount Teide, accompanied by a well-kept garden landscape, where the pool is located.
Both living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace and have beds measuring 180 x 200 cm fitted with new high-quality mattresses (2 single mattresses on single slatted frames of 90 x 200 cm each) allowing you to relax easily at night.
Both bedrooms have large built-in closets with plenty of storage and space to hang clothes.
The bathroom with shower, large washbasin, toilet and bidet is accessible from both bedrooms separately.
The apartment is ideal for a family with 1-2 children but also suitable for 2 couples, it is possible to add an extra bed.
An underground parking space is reserved for your rental car with direct elevator access to the apartment.
Modern new equipment with great attention to detail - plenty of space to move around through the two terraces - reliable on-site assistance by the owner, personal check in and out - refreshments provided upon arrival - very central location in La Paz, all the important starting points are less than 10 minutes walk away, no need to hire a car.

You will be staying in the popular La Paz (district of Puerto la Cruz), a quiet and yet central location with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping centers and the popular old town just a few minutes walk away.
The island itself offers numerous natural experiences, such as the nature reserve "Teide" with its 3,750 m altitude and the Anaga or Teno Mountains, which make for impressive day trips.
The world famous Loropark is only 10 minutes away. At the western tip you will find the steep rocky coast "Los Gigantos." In addition to the always sunny climate, you can take boat trips too: (e.g: Whale and dolphin tours, deep sea fishing or diving
If you arrive at the southern airport Reina Sofia it is approx. 1 hour drive to the apartment:
1. Motorway TF-1 direction Santa Cruz
2. Shortly before Santa Cruz on motorway TF-2 direction La Laguna, just before La Laguna follow TF-5 direction Puerto de la Cruz
3. Exit Puerto la Cruz, Martianez.
If you arrive at the northern airport, the driving time is about 25 minutes:
Take the TF-5 motorway towards Puerto de la Cruz, exit at Puerto la Cruz, Martianez.
Transfer service: We would also be happy to pick you up if you do not wish to hire a car.
Bus: Bus connections for approx. €10.From the airport Tenerife South about one hour, from the airport Tenerife North about 30 minutes.

The renter can cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:

• up to 45 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the total price• up to 40 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the total price
• up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the total price• up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the total price
• from 29 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total price
Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute shall enter the contract on the existing terms. Tenants and substitute tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date the landlord/lessor receives the notification is the date on which the cancellation fee is calculated.
In the event of early termination of the lease, the entire lease price is due.
