On this finca, our guests can enjoy an idyllic piece of Mallorca, just 12 km from the beach of Canyamel. The natural stone front side of the property, a well-kept garden with local plants and flowers and a large terrace give a Mediterranean air to this charming house. The paved terrace overlooking the garden is an ideal place to start the day with a long breakfast. A few steps away you will find the chlorine pool, surrounded by a garden and several sun loungers for sun lovers. It has a size of 7 x 4 meters and a depth between 0.8 and 1.6 meters. If returning home after a day at the beach, you can remove the sand in the outside shower. In the afternoon, you might fancy a good barbecue. To do this, you have at your disposal a fixed barbecue, which is located in a small outdoor kitchen with countertops; Very practical to prepare a delicious dinner. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
The interiors have a rustic decoration, although stylish. The beautiful dining room is open to the kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and some kitchen utensils. To prepare breakfast in the morning, there is a coffee maker as well as a kettle and a toaster. On the ground floor, you can choose to sleep in three comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and one single. The double rooms, one comes with a double bed and the other with two single beds. If you are traveling with an infant , we can provide a cot and a highchair. The single bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Furthermore, there is another separate bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. On the first floor you will find the living room with natural stone wall and a dining area with an outdoor exit. There are 3 fans available and also central heating. During winter days, you can make a fire on the wood stove and watch a movie on the Satellite television. On the plot, there is a small house annexed with a toilet and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The celebration of events is not allowed.
There is outdoor parking for 3 cars.
The pool does not have a jacuzzi.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The house is in a quiet and idyllic setting, characterized by the green mountains of the Levante. For both sea and mountain lovers, here you will find your perfect spot for your vacation. Both Capdepera golf course and the sandy beach of Son Moll or Canyamel are 10-15 minutes away by car. Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Estreta are natural coves that are located north of the house. In Cala Ratjada there is a great atmosphere, both by day and night. Along the promenade there is a wide variety of restaurants and cafes and in the center you will find supermarkets and shops. Vegetables and meat of good quality - in a few words, everything you need for a perfect barbecue - are found at the Arta market, which is held every Tuesday and Saturday morning.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
