Hiking in the valley or up to our 3000-meter peaks, leisurely day trips in the mountains, taking the cable car up and riding down on a mountain cart, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, cross-country skiing for beginners and pros, a horse-drawn carriage ride to Lazins whether in winter or summer, or just relaxing in the rustic restaurants with traditional or modern cuisine, everyone will find something to their liking, for sure! ... and all of that right on your doorstep!
You can reach us by public transport every hour or by car directly to the accommodation. Coming from Germany via the Brenner Pass, Jaufen Pass, Moos, Pfelders or from the Brenner Pass via the motorway to Bolzano Sud, the MeBo to Merano, and then into the Passeier Valley to Moos, Pfelders.

If the reservation is not honored, our cancellation policy will apply. Therefore, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance, which protects both you and us from significant losses, as we will have to charge the following cancellation fees in the event of a cancellation by the guest:
- Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: Free cancellation
- From 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 20% of the booked room rate
- From 4 weeks to 10 days before the arrival date: 50% of the booked room rate
- From 10 days to 4 days before the arrival date: 70% of the booked room rate
- Up to 4 days before arrival and in case of early departure, 100% of the agreed room rate will be charged
Important: The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially re-let.
