Other recreational opportunities
Hiking together with a stop at a restaurant in the mountain, a day trip to one of the numerous sights or a grilling evening together. These are among the things that we offer our guests. Anyone looking to get even more active on their holiday has come to the right place. At our property we offer you table tennis, badminton, bicycles in the summer (a ladies' bike and a men's bike each for a fee), a toboggan in the winter, sauna, and gym machines.
Holiday destination
The climatic spa and Schrothbad Oberstaufen is in the border region of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our Allgäu country house is on the meadows on the northeastern outskirts of the town of Oberstaufen, right by the hiking trail / Nordic walking route towards Kalzhofen. In the winter you have the prepared cross-country skiing track (lit in the evenings) right on your doorstep. Having said that, the city centre with church, train station or spa park are only around 12 minutes away on foot. The supermarket, bakery, post office, and bus stop are only 150 m away.
Getting there
By car: Take the A7, leave it at Autobahnkreuz Allgäu (exit 136), and continue on the A980 towards Oberstdorf/Lindau. From the A980 take the second exit at Waltenhofen (exit 3) and continue straight to the B19 towards Oberstdorf/Immenstadt. B19 exit Immenstadt Nord or Süd and through Immenstadt on the B308 towards Oberstaufen. On the B308 take the first exit at Wengen/Kalzhofen/Isny at the large roundabout in Hündle, then take a left at the second street, and continue towards Oberstaufen (after the sign saying Kalzhofen), go past the sports field and the school and continue until you reach the first intersection to your left. We are the first house on the left. By train: Pick / drop-off service to Oberstaufen train station. By air: payable shuttle service to / from one of the two nearest airports of Memmingen / Friedrichshafen.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtet, große wunderschöne Wohnung in der es an garnichts fehlt. Eine Ausstattung die seines gleichen sucht. Einen wunderschöne Außenanlage mit einem Naturwasserpool der mit genutzt werden darf. Ein Warmherziges Gastgeberpaar das immer mit Tipps für Unternehmungen oder anderen Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Auch Hunde sind gerne willkommen und werden von einem sanftmüdigen Haushund (Rico) akzeptiert. Zentral gelegen zum Einkaufen und wandern. Der gemütliche Ortskern von Oberstaufen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem einfach topp und nur zu empfehlen.

Ganz tolle Wohnung, es hat einfach alles gepasst, vom Schnitt der Wohnung über die sehr gute Ausstattung und Lage. Nicht weit ins Zentrum und ein großer Supermarkt wenige Schritte einlernt. Auch immer ansprechbar war die Vermieterin, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Fein war auch die Plus Gästekarte, mit der wir diverse Vergünstigungen und sogar freie Nutzung einiger Bergbahnen hatten. Hier würde ich wieder buchen, die Wohnung und der schöne Ort und die wundervolle Gegend sind einfach perfekt!
