The picturesque mountain village of Pantasina is situated 15 km from the sea, nestled among romantic olive groves in a breathtaking location with a panoramic view. Bellavista is positioned in a south-facing location within the village with free, unrestricted views across the entire valley towards the sea. The village has a frequent bus connection to Imperia. In addition to fresh bread, vegetables and convenience goods, the small, very well-stocked village shop offers foreign-language newspapers and a mini bistro. Here cyclists and hikers with a thirst for coffee and also residents of the surrounding villages, stop to shop and have a chat, as here you can occasionally buy local porcini mushrooms, cheese from the shepherd, who has just passed through and eggs fresh from the village.
As you enter the stately village house via the vine-covered pergola, the charm of this perfectly renovated Ligurian village house will immediately captivate you. The handmade terracotta “Cotto” floor tiles, the old, ornately restored doors and the clever mix of antique furniture and modern comfort boasting many loving details, create a relaxed holiday atmosphere. At the back of the house you will find two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a large king size bed) and two modern bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath tub). If required, you can book an additional bed. The central part of the house accommodates the light living area, which offers a cosy seating area, satellite TV, wood-burning stove and provides access to the large terrace. The spacious kitchen/diner at the front, which is awash with light, is the heart of the house. It boasts three large windows facing the valley and offering a magnificent panoramic view across the entire valley towards the sea. The modern open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine and everything you might need to discover the culinary delights of the Ligurian cuisine. From here you have access to the sunny terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs, from where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the valley and the sea. Two sun loungers are available to be placed either on the terrace or in the shade of the vines at the front of the house. The (gas) under-floor heating allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday even during the slightly cooler season.
For larger families or small groups we offer the option to hire an additional annex – “Cantinella” – in the same building. 30 m2 comfortably accommodates 2 people. A small kitchenette, shower, WC and a small outdoor seating area turn this room into an independent apartment.

In the case of cancellation within 5 days of receipt of the booking form, EUR 30 will be charged.
In the case of cancellation up to 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, a processing fee equal to the amount of the deposit will be charged.
In the case of cancellation between 89 and 50 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, 30% of the total price will be charged.
In the case of cancellation between 49 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In the case of cancellation within 29 days or less prior to the commencement of the holiday, 90% of the services booked will be charged.
In the case of a late arrival or early departure, irrespective of the reasons, we will invoice 100% of the booked service.
