Description

Villa Sunny is a spacious holiday home with a pool, situated right by the sea in Selca. A few steps lead from the pool terrace to the sea and beach. Its location directly by the sea, in a small bay in front of Selca, makes it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

The house is built from original Brac stone and offers holiday comfort for up to 16 people. There are 6 living apartments available, each accommodating either 2 or 4 people. In total, there are 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with showers and toilets. Some apartments are equipped with a mini kitchen and dining area, with access to terraces overlooking the sea. All areas are air-conditioned, and amenities such as satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided, as well as bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor, there is a large living kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, etc., conveniently located near the pool for breakfast, cooking, or snacks throughout the day. The spacious terrace with pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas offers swimming enjoyment for everyone, while the built-in open grill invites guests to enjoy communal barbecue evenings. On the separate, slightly lower terrace facing the sea, there is a large seating area, shaded by several pine trees. Within a few meters, you are right by the sea, where a stunning beach area with showers and space for sun loungers and umbrellas awaits you, along with a boat mooring.
Private parking spaces are available for guests right by the house.
Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs)
Arrival to the island of Brac is possible from Split or Makarska by ferry.

die Lage direkt am Meer und Strand ist einfach ein Traum, unser bester Urlaub ever, wir waren mit mehreren Freunden - Familien mit Kindern hier und haben die Zeit in Villa Sunny sehr genossen, die Insel Brac hat uns sehr gut gefallen
