The house is located in the South of France, Gruissan, in the holiday complex BORA BORA, is 55 m² in size, and accommodates up to 4 people.
Our house has 2 terraces, you can choose between the wind and sunny side, depending on what you would like to enjoy. The pool is directly opposite the holiday home and can be seen from there.
Downstairs is the dining and kitchen area, to the back a conservatory with a living room, next to it a newly constructed bathroom with an Italian shower.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1.40 m bed and 1.80 m bed) and a toilet with a washbasin.
The house is well equipped.
We have an extremely nice property management. Mr. Roulling speaks German and French and lives on the premises.
If you have any problems, he is happy to help.
If you need a translation at the doctor's or concerning your car, please talk to him.
The residence Bora Bora is located at Plage de Garzel close to the promenade that leads to the Village. Along this promenade, you will find restaurants and shops.
Lidl and Intermarche are within walking distance. The bakery for your morning bread is just across the street.
There is also a medical center opposite.
The swimming pool is opposite the Intermarche, and here too, no vehicle is needed.
There are 2 very good restaurants nearby. Directly across is an Italian restaurant and opposite Intermarche is Tom Pizza, which also offers super fresh grilled food!!
