The detached house is built like a bungalow with all rooms on the ground floor. It was fully refurbished in 2018.
Along the full length of the house stretches a 100 m2 terrace in East-/West-direction, agiving you a breathtaking view all the way down to Sirmione. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs, sunshade and sunloungers.
Off the living/dining room there are two bedrooms, each of them with an en-suite bathroom equipped with easy access rain showers. Both bedrooms have double beds (1,80 x 2,00 m) with big windows allowing direct access to the terrace giving you a wonderful view.
The dining area offers space for up to 6 persons with a kitchen that makes for enjoyable cooking: induction hob, oven, extractor, fridge with small freezer section. Wifi is available throghout the house and on the terrace.
On the East side of the terrace you have a porch available ( separate table + 6 chairs) which is the perfect location for a sunny breakfast.
You can park your car right in the drive with only a few steps to the terrace. The next supermarkt is in 5 min. walking distance, for restaurants and further shops it will take you about 10 min to reach the town centre.
Dogs are welcome.
The house itself is built without any steps, Underfloor heating. Electric cars can be charged in the town centre, e-bikes for rent there, too.

Gardola, the main village of the comune di Tignale has a lot of Italian charme due to its unspoilt character, Perfect for experiencing the Italian outdoor lifestyle in a rather layed-back fashion - though you can still enjoy the amenities like restaurants, bars, bakeries, a pharmacy + supermarket - all nearby. Sorounded by the nature reserve "Parco Alto Garda Bresciano" with its own beauty. Explore the area by walking well sign-posted trails or by e-bike, which can be rented in the town centre. Tennis courts (clay) are a 10 min. walk from the house. Dogs are welcome at the beach in Porto di Tignale.
