When booking a third of the travel price is due within 10 days. This expires or can be counted pro rata on the next trip in case of cancellation.
4. Resignation by the customer You can withdraw from the rental contract at any time prior to the start of the rental.
The resignation should be in your interest and
in any case in writing for reasons of evidence. The renter undertakes to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount if the cancellation takes place more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount if the rollout takes place between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount, if the annulation takes place between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental
100% of the rental amount, if the rescheduling takes place less than two weeks before the rental date or if the rental period already
started.

Holiday destination
The center of Ouddorp is 20 minutes. Ouddorp is an old small town with cafes, nice restaurants, small shops and romantic streets. The North Sea is only 10 minutes walk through a dune landscape. The beach is very wide and you can walk for 25km along the beach, horseback riding, fishing, etc. In a small shop in the park there are fresh bread every day and all the food for your daily needs.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen und gemütlichen Häuschen. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus in super Lage, teils schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was dem ganzen kein Abbruch tut. Vorallem unser kleiner Sohn war begeistern von der Spielküche und den schönen Garten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich super und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in kürze an verschieden Stränden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
