The well-equipped finca with romantic panoramic views up to Cabrera is situated between Es Llombards and Ses Salines, near 'botanicactus', and offers with its soothing quiet location, yet proximity to the center of Ses Salines and various beaches, an optimal mix of relaxation and diverse activities. On 250 sqm of living space, you can relax in the spacious living room with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV/DVD available) or share your experiences with those back home via Wi-Fi. If you enjoy cooking, you will love doing so in the fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms and a dressing room ensure ample privacy. On the lower level, there is 1 bedroom plus a bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms (one of them 'en suite').
Pool and garden: The approximately 5 x 10 m pool with a small cascade, based on salt cleaning, offers enough space for swimming and frolicking. This year, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool is also available again. The property covers about 14,000 sqm, most of which is lovingly landscaped, simply an idyllic, secluded oasis. For the little guests, there is also a swing.
Amenities: The 4 bedrooms are all generously designed and have large spacious wardrobes. In addition, there is an extra dressing room with ironing board and iron.

Es Llombards is a small, tranquil village that belongs to Cala Llombards but is situated a bit more inland. It offers a bakery that's open daily except for Mondays, two bars, and 4 nice restaurants. It's only a 7-minute drive to Cala Llombards and to Calo des Moro/S'Almonia.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities such as markets, harbors, monasteries, churches, caves, etc. In Santanyi, one of the most beautiful weekly markets takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and it has a noteworthy church with its restored organ, various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, etc. Santanyi can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
Ses Salines can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The quiet little town offers various good restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, a pharmacy, supermarkets, a church, a fish shop, doctors, a veterinarian, etc. The beautiful long sandy beach 'es trenc' is about a 15-minute drive away, and the remarkable lighthouse of Ses Salines with various wild small coves and impressive wild birds is about an 8-minute drive away.

When booking/reserving, a deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). If this does not occur, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The level of cancellation fees incurred is determined by the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental sum.
- for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum, and
- for cancellations declared later and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum = 100%.
