Cancellation policy
4-Cancellation
4.1.The main tenant is entitled to cancel a booking in writing, without costs, within 8 days of signing the agreement, unless the stay in the chalet takes place within one month after signing.
4.2.After the period mentioned in 4.1, the tenant is only entitled to cancel in writing with the agreement of the following cancellation fees: a) if cancelled 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the invoice b) if cancelled less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival: the full invoice, thus 100%
4.3.Cancellation of the booking by the (main) tenant is also considered as cancellation for all (additional) tenants
4.4.A cancellation dated on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday recognized in the Netherlands is considered as a cancellation from the following working day
4.5.The cancellation of the agreement (as described in 4.1 to 4.4) must be done by email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered mail.
4.6.Olmenchalets does not offer cancellation insurance. Olmenchalets points out that it is possible to take out cancellation insurance with an external provider.

Holiday destination
The chalet is located at the "Het Olmenduin" Chalet Park in Serooskerke and is easily accessible. It's only a 6-minute drive from the A58 motorway.
It is centrally situated on the Walcheren peninsula. The numerous Zeeland beaches are just a few minutes away.
Historic cities such as Middelburg, Veere, and Domburg are within cycling distance. The beautiful surroundings also invite you to go hiking.
It's worth exploring the area, there's something for everyone, such as markets, boat tours, beautiful beaches, numerous cafes and restaurants, and beach bars,
culture, and much more.
Rotterdam, Brussels, or Antwerp are within an hour's reach and are very worth visiting.
You can rent bicycles directly at the reception and have ideal conditions for learning water skiing at the Veerse Meer, surfing, kite surfing, and kite flying.
In case of bad weather, for instance, you can visit the Delta Works, the Arsenal, or one of the numerous indoor playgrounds or trampoline parks.

Das Mobilehome war gut einzig die Holzterrasse scheint mir ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu sein die hintere Treppe strahlt nicht gerade Sicherheit aus und es wäre schade wenn jemand stürzen würde ansonsten war die Unterkunft gut.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum .
Liebevoll, mit süßen Details eingerichtet. Ein Buch über Ausflugsziele haben die Inhaber super schön zusammengestellt.
Die Couch ist unglaublich bequem, die Betten top. Unser Labbimädchen hat dich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.
