Beautiful & spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Located in a quiet residential area, just a stone's throw away from all the services and the beach of Morro Jable, just five minutes walk away.
The apartment has high speed WiFi included in the price as a courtesy to our customers..
There is television in Spanish, with the usual channels, and there is also satellite television, with channels mostly in German, although there are also some in English and French.
The apartment is equipped with everything you could need during your stay, also sheets and towels also for the beach. We have a cot and highchair for babies and small children.
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the price although it is possible to arrange the service, at a cost of € 12 per hour. Ask us about it to see if the cleaner has availability to perform the service.
We welcome guests personally. We are available during your stay if you need us.
Check-in usually takes place between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. It is possible to enter to the apartment earlier without any charge if the day of your arrival there are not any check outs, please ask us beforehand. Check in between 20:00 and 24:00, regardless of the reason that originates them (a delayed flight, etc.) have an extra charge of € 20 in cash. Beyond 24:00 the extra charge is € 50 in cash.

Morro Jable is an ideal place to practice diving, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, cycling, etc. It is also the perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and the typical Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants that are in the vicinity of the apartment.
The laundry is in the same urbanization and there is a washing machine that guests can use, and that is shared only with another apartment.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Morro Jable, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and very close to all kinds of services such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc.
As a rule, the apartment can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you depart by 12 p.m.
On request, we will be happy to offer you - if it is possible - more flexible check-in & check-out times.
Since we usually receive you personally, we ask for your understanding to pay a surcharge of 20€ if your arrival time at the apartment is between 8pm and midnight, regardless of the reasons. If you come after midnight, the surcharge is 50€.

Advanced payment is 20% and rest payment is 80%. If the booking is cancelled we do not return the advanced payment but the rest payment must not be paid.
