The newly built holiday home in Neustift in the Stubai Valley offers 260m² of space for families or groups of up to 18 people! Just a few minutes from the Stubai Glacier, it is located in the village center yet in a quiet area. The house impresses from the outside with its warm larch wood facade. With its deliberately chosen layout of private and communal areas, the open atmosphere, and the special interplay with nature, it makes your stay in Neustift a very special experience for the whole family. Our holiday home puts family values at the forefront, offering the opportunity to escape everyday life and enjoy the tranquility. The philosophy is focused on the conscious enjoyment of shared activities, as well as individual relaxation. This makes it possible to share experiences after an exciting day of skiing or to comfortably recharge for the next day. The split-level construction creates a visual communication level and also forms a separate area for communal activities.
Architectural highlights:
The unique design of the house, especially in the terrace area on the upper floor, allows for optimal noise insulation while making the most of both the morning and evening sun. This innovative construction not only broadens the perspective but also makes the entire house appear more transparent, creating an open, warm atmosphere.
Furthermore, the two areas of the house are visually separated by windows, giving the private and communal areas a distinct form that is recognizable through the external design of the architecture. The embodiment of the uses is thus not only visible through the split-level structure but also through the external shape of two striking houses that come together to form a joint building. The original louvered construction of the roof gives the building additional, harmonious proportions and excellently completes the design concept.

Due to its proximity to the Stubai Glacier, Neustift is the most famous and most visited place in the valley. Approximately 4 km beyond Fulpmes begins the extensive municipal area of Neustift, which extends into the glacier regions in both the Unterberg and Oberberg valleys. The highest point, at 3,505 meters, is the Zuckerhütl, located directly on the border with Italy in the main ridge of the Stubai Alps.
