The villa, built in 2015, is located in a new development area with beautiful open views not far from the centre of Plan de la Tour on a plot of approx. 800 sqm.
Beside a spacious living/dining area with adjacent open and fully equipped kitchen, the living area of approx. 150 sqm is divided into three bedrooms, one of which is more suitable for children. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.
Optionally the living area can be extended by a further bedroom with bathroom and separate access.
The weekly price for this extension to 8 persons is 180 Euro.
The outdoor area offers a private pool with the dimensions 8 x 4, an attractively designed boules court and a charcoal grill. The view over the adjoining vineyards and the landscape is unobstructed and without any disturbing influences.
The adjacent villa "Le Vigne II" with exactly the same equipment can be booked in addition, so that a capacity of up to 16 people can be created. The prices for Villa "Le Vigne II" are identical.
Villa "Le Vigne II" is wheelchair accessible, i.e. there is access via a ramp and a ramp for the threshold to the terrace is also available.

Plan de la Tour is an authentic and very popular village not far from Sainte Maxime. You will find some good restaurants and of course shops for daily needs. A large shopping centre is about 7 km away and the beaches of St. Maxime are only a 15 minute drive away.

Special COVID 19 control:
If the government or the department imposes new border closures or curfews that would prevent you from arriving on the planned day of arrival or a quarantine regulation at the holiday destination, the rental fee will be reimbursed in full, as you would not be able to travel to the holiday destination due to an official order.
In all other respects, the cancellation periods in the general terms and conditions of hire apply.
