The ground floor holiday apartment features a very cozy living area with a dining table for 5 people, a very comfortable sofa bed with two sleeping options, 2 separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. From the light-flooded living area, you step out onto the terrace, which offers a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

Located in the heart of the Mediterranean nature on the Makarska Riviera in southern Dalmatia, this holiday home awaits you. Two apartments are situated on the ground floor of the holiday house and can be rented together or separately. Both apartments are air-conditioned, making them ideal for families with and without children, friends, smaller groups, seniors, and couples. The house is nestled in an idyllic swimming bay right on the first row by the sea, so a large, natural swimming pool is practically on your doorstep. The beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the hallmark of the town of Zaostrog. In front of the house, there is a Mediterranean garden with a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs for guests. Here you can read a good book, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset, or simply listen to the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for your use. The beach is also very suitable for children and non-swimmers. Hidden swimming bays with crystal clear water, where nudism is tolerated, are located in the immediate vicinity. Solitude and closeness to nature are wonderfully combined.
The beach promenade starts right in front of the holiday home and invites you to take evening strolls, during which you can enjoy the exquisite Mediterranean cuisine or a glass of wine in one of the konobas, cafes, or restaurants along the sea.

Cancellation Policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
Cancellation
-up to 56 days before the rental period begins: 35% of the rental price
-up to 43 days before the rental period begins: 50% of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the rental period begins: 70% of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the rental period begins: 100% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 28 days before the rental period begins) 100% of the rental price
