Guests are welcome to stay at this holiday apartment in Tyrol at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. In both summer and winter, it makes an excellent base for exploring the Kitzbühel Alps. You may unwind in the garden or on the sun-drenched terrace and set up barbeques. Look forward to the impressive mountains amid the Kitzbühel Alps.

You will find in the vicinity Nature Park with alpacas, llamas, ponies, sheep, rabbits, donkeys and goats. Ellmie's Magic World in Ellmau in Tyrol is also a great place to visit. Enjoy the annual Hahnenkamm race in the elegant winter sports resort of Kitzbühel. You can indulge in hiking, cycling and rock climbing in Salzburg, which is more than a city of Mozart and is the UNESCO World Cultural City. Gut Kramerhof and Pointenhof are good restaurants. Kaiserquell Wellness Center in Kirchdorf is best for a sauna, steam bath, manual therapy and has a pool with giant slides.

Lage: Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem kleinen Garten in dem Ferienort Gasteig. Nur ca. 10 Autominuten bergabwärts ist St. Johann mit seinem großen Einkaufs- und Gastronomie-Angebot. Verpflegung: Ein Gasthaus ist im Ort, ein Café direkt nebenan, die Schaukäserei am Wilden Kaiser mit Laden ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Morgens kann ein Brötchenservice genutzt werden. Betreuung: Die gute Seele Barbara steht vor Ort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite; Raumaufteilung: Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche, 2 Schlafräume, Bad und separates WC, ideale Größe für uns (6 Personen);

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Kirchdorf die eigentlich in dem 3km entfernen Ortsteil Gasteig liegt. Aber das tut der guten Lage keinen Abbruch. Es ist von der Ferienwohnung alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Es wird sich auch sehr gut um einen gekümmert. Die liebe Barbara tut alles dafür das es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut es ist alles da was man braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Als erstes liegt sie überhaupt nicht im angegebenen Ort (Kirchdorf), sondern auf einem Berg in einem ganz anderen Ort! Dort gibt es weder einen Bäcker, noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Um diese zu erreichen, muss man erst mit dem Auto den Berg runter, um in den nächsten Ort zu kommen. In der Beschreibung stand allerdings, dass alles vorhanden sei.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mega hellhörig. Das Gestampfe von der oberen Etage nervt mächtig. Eine Waschmaschine ist - anders als in der Beschreibung- nicht vorhanden!
Der Holztisch im Garten ist völlig aufgequollen. Das Bad ist klein und enthält keine Toilette.
Die Wohnung wird von einer älteren Dame betreut, die sehr aufmerksamkeitsbedürftig ist. Da wir auf Familienanschluss nicht so stehen, war das schon sehr nervig.
