This charming and quiet villa is situated only a five-minute walk from the town’s main square. It is cosily furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a fantastic roof terrace with beautiful views of the Calvari Hill. The house offers four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen, while the various terraces and the swimming pool give you plenty of outdoor space in which to enjoy your holiday.

The water is warm enough to swim in by April.
Until the end of May the conditions are ideal for cycling, walking or golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
The little town has managed to stay away from the island’s mass tourism. I was drawn to its quaintness, the ancient stonework and winding lanes, the Main Square with its little cafés and restaurants. To the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente or Port Pollensa it takes 10 minutes drive by car.
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.
